Morning All. Good family bbq to celebrate a couple of birthdays- could have sat there drinking for hours but only had a couple of tins and came home soon after ten! Domestic stuff today.

Afternoon all. Lovely and hot here, bordering on excessive now though.

 

Got my son's birthday party this afternoon. Taking them all to Go Ape first and then all back to ours to eat, drink and be merry! This little lot plus a load of pizza should tide us over. Proper Desi Samosas and what have you.

 

 

30c+ heat is probably an improvement on the pissing rain we had for it last year.

Morning all.

Survived Scotland's hottest day yesterday, the pickup reckoned 31c. Was meant to be pruning an Apple but the guy decided, after I arrived, he wasn't in a rush any more and would rather do it when the apple's were off. Thanks!

Watched the live aid thing repeated on TV last night, 40yrs on, had forgotten what an event it was.

 

Just chores today, will treat myself to breakfast at the cafe I think.

Heading north to cooler weather. Off to see our eldest in Edinburgh for a couple of days, while they are over from Nice. Think he’ll be feeling really chilled😂.
