You are a man your stroke it’s bigger, she is only 160 cm ,smarthwatches have different activities presettings maybe watches think you are doing some cross fitness all day long, check settings .

T'internet reckons manual labour - yard work - uses between 200 and 400 calories an hour, plus your 2400 a day for general living. 

 

8 hour work day, 5600 calories... you are slacking a bit then!

 

 

As for what it matters, what goes in either gets used or stored away for later. If it gets stored away for later you get bigger, if it is the same you stay the same and if it is less then you get smaller (simplistically speaking). Shouldn't be done on a micro level like daily but over a longer time, weeks or a month to count for the working week and the TV slobbing weekend
