Black and Decker! don’t tell me it has racing brushes in it, a lightened and tuned armature, go faster stickers, and a racing field coil, you will have to post pictures of this titan of an electric chainsaws.

Nope, it is bog standard and my departed Fathers saw that I grabbed before my brother cleared the garage...in to his!

It does the job but is pretty slow compared to the ported 346,,,,used it last week....the best saw I have ever used, great piece of kit.

If there’s one thing I cannot abide it’s nuisance noise.

I don’t mind a dog barking for a bit, not for hours, or when it’s clearly in need of attention.

A saw going for a couple of hours to prepare firewood (it’s often bought in metre lengths here and has to be cut)

Two stroke strimmers, hedge cutters etc, for the duration of a domestic job.

But inconsiderate noise by inconsiderate people really grinds my gears.

Nope, 346 just sounds and feels great and I like my 357.

I meant for your dad's black and decker 🤣

Love my 357 but realistically it's not much lighter than the 500. At some point I'll swap it for a 50cc saw. I'll miss it though

Yes, as you say, noise for a purpose, no problem at all. What really pisses me off is the twats that make a noise for the sake of it. I used to have to get up for work at 4am once, but the wanker next door would literally START parties at about 2am. What a shame when the drug squad raided their shop and they lost the house. oh dear oh dear...

john..
