What exactly can they do? Any legitimate action would be seen as fascist.

Im not saying he's not a dick. He's a politician after all. But in all honesty the only way to deal with scum like in the UK would be seen as fascist. Its as simple as that. So much of what is considered normal in Norway would be considered extreme right wing here in the UK yet it seems on thw whole to work. 

 

So again, what would you suggest is the best way to resolve the issue? You seem to indicate it is an issue as you say they've had 13 years to fix it.

Policing won't fix antisocial behaviour.

It's a lack of parenting, 1st generation antisocial behaviour started around late 2000 with kids having kids far too young.

 

So it's now 3rd generation and a hard to break cycle without using prison or the army.

 

In many ways I think it's a lack of grandparents, not strict or overbearing but they kept the kids on the straight and narrow.

Of course actual policing would fix the issue.  Actual policing with actual consequences coupled with the removal of rights and benefits.
