Ask Von mate, not me.

They are bloody good though.

As Stevie said though, Dan and I aren’t big power rangers fans….

Big spender, buying 3. Is it your first time using comms?

I pay £225 for senas to be professionally installed in a lid. You get stereo sound which is lovely for listening to music.

Any comms are worth it though.

Not my dollar mate, as I said.

First time for me, apart from cheapo walkie talkies for roadside and crane jobs.

These were really excellent though.

We wore them again this morning for a dreaded hedge job and actually laughed our way through it.

’Send up two razor blades! Hahaha!’ etc.

The thing is, I find my Petzl lid comfier and way cooler than the Protos.

My head was hot today and it’s February .

Yeah man, I don't like the protosser lids either.

Strange that your mate bought a grands worth of comms for other folk to use, but only if they have a protos. Is it Von?

Round my way most folk run Sena, so it's a pretty safe bet. Mine are three years old now so well due a replacement.

It seems like the Stihl ones are 3M compatible, so you can fit those to Protos or Petzl with adaptors, but difficult to go the other way because the Protos mounts are something unique and unusual so little demand.

Think you may be out of luck. To me, seems like the Stihl comms are the ones to get now but obviously too late for that suggestion.

Or just all get senas installed into whatever helmet you prefer.  The guy I get mine done by does mail order.

It makes a lot of sense.
