Protos comms on Petzl

Does anyone know a way of attaching the Protos comms muffs to Petzl helmets?

My mate has bought 3 pairs and they’re brilliant, but me and Danny Mac prefer our Petzl lids to the Protos.

Doh! 🤦🏻‍♂️😂 And there was me thinking I’d solved it in a jiffy. I know @Gray git had a bit of a faff getting his Stihl comms to fit his Petzl helmets, could be similar solution available for the Protos. Maybe he can offer some insight?

I got involved in that, if I recall the Stihl comms are 3M fitting which is not normal on the Petzl, but we did find some way to do it. I'll try to look it up.

 

Not sure that's going to help with Protos comm though as they seem to have their own muff mount for the slimline original ones.

£350 is a hell of a lot for one ear piece mark, what's so special about them?
