Their usually spot on with delivery, I've never had any complaints.

Another positive for them from me.

 

Ordered a few spare silky blades and stuff off them over black friday weekend as they had a genuine extra 10% off everything on their online shop.

 

Even at that time of year everything arrived inside a couple of days and with no hassle.

 

I've used them before and it's been the same everytime, decent prices too.

 

Seems like a good outfit.

Cheers guys, had a disaster with fr jones, ordered a Treemotion pro on Black Friday and it didn’t arrive until 2 weeks ago. Got a basket sitting in honeybros and il get it ordered.

Fr. jones saying they have stock, take your money 2 day’s delivery.. to find out , there is no stock. & a very long wait time….  Or money back…!!

That can just mean they will get the manufacturer to send direct or they need to order it etc.

 

Just ring them and ask, just because it's on the website means nothing until you've spoken to a hu man.

 

If the price is right, I'd rather wait a few days than out money into an Asda style warehouse.

Yeah I get that… the thing is… the manufacturers don’t have stock in this country..    just seems false advertising…!  Especially when waiting for said delivery..   to find out it’s months away…!!
