Avoid these people

Had a call from a directory called BTD -Business Trade Directory,

offering to put me in touch with business for 2.5% commission. Sounded not too bad then they said it would cost £200 to input all my info on to the computer, that's when alarm bells started ringing..

 

So I checked them out on some website ... and yes they are another bunch of con merchants like ufindus.com etc etc.

 

So avoid them.. you have been warned.

Apparently this is the way to really wind them up. You keep them on the line for around 10 minutes then just return then hang up, don't say anything. They get really wound up because they can't hang up and get on with another call.

 

Also never blow whistles down the phone otherwise you will have their lawyers on to you.

they phoned last week chatted for about ten minutes ,then asked me how i would like to pay the £200 so i hung up
