2013 transit elec windows

As above, asking for a friend. His passenger window switch never worked when he got the truck. The switch on the drivers side operated it fine. Now that has stopped. He had to wire up the motor direct to the battery to close it!

Drivers window switch works fine.

We have power at the switch, the little led lights up, just cannot get the passenger window to operate on either side.

The relay is fine, I presume this operates the drivers window also.

Any ideas?

Had this on a vauxhall car and it was the wire had broken inside the insulation near the hinge.
