Rounded off bolt heads!

If the flywheel is the same as my entec 25PH then the bolts go through the blade into the threaded part in the flywheel, so no nuts involved. A good tip i learnt on the farm was to heat a nut/bolt up, then immediately put cold water on it, it will expand and contract the bolt quickly and sort of "crack" the grip that the bolt has, making it easier to remove. Stud extractors are great but i dont think you'd get access with a drill etc (you wouldnt on mine, without thaking the hydraulic motors off etc)

I think welding something onto the bolt would be your best bet, or take it to an engineer that has the correct tools. Good luck mate

If you haven't access to oxy acetelyene or a welder (my first choice of tools):biggrin:, soak bolts in wd40 or diesel then give each bolt a few good taps with a hammer on the head. Use a hammer and sharp chisel on the edge of the bolt head to drive the bolt round, once moving you may be able to use grips etc.
