There are markets for Poplar.  What length are the logs?  I could do with a lorry load if you can send them to South Wales.

there cut at 2.5m theres a lorry load there.where by are you in south wales? the logs are near llandrindod wells.

Just thought I would show some of the results of milling a few of these Pop logs that I bought from ArbTalk member GM Valet a few weeks ago.  Nice to know they will dry quickly, and then be ready for sale.  So far they all have the dark centre.

I’ve poplar like that in the firewood pile. If folk wanna buy it then great.
