What’s it worth? Lucas mill.

Hi all. Anyone tell me how much my Lucas mill is worth?  It will do a 9”-10” cut at its deepest and has the full rack and winches present. It’s in good working order with no issues. It has a 22hp brigs and Stratton vanguard engine. friend of mine offered to buy it as I don’t use it anymore but don’t know what to charge him. Any input is welcomed.

It's an old model and needs a good clean and service. Id day is worth £8k
Id want 10k for mine but it's better nick with slabber and sider etc.

I think also it depends if you are selling it in good working order or as seen.  If you can get it running and demo every aspect of it then I agree about £5000 maybe £5500.  If the buyer has to sort out possible multiple faults that may have developed due to lack of use etc then less.

 

I sold mine about a year ago for £4900 and that was fully working (and demomstrated to the buyer) but well used with dings and dents.

Yeah this works fine with no issues at all. Also have the slabbed attachment which I’ve never used. A sharpener for the circular saw teeth extra blades and a bag of spares. All works fine and dandy and the rails are strait as an arrow too. It just a bit dusty is all
