probably like anything else these days, they're erring on the side of caution and recommending a fell for fear of being sued in the event of a failure

Anyway, getting back to the subject of help, I am willing (for a small fee) to come down and point out all the ways you are doing it wrong. I'm sure you would value this service.

And Tony i'm not slagging off your Jetboil, it boils water really fast thats for sure.

I would say it isn't down to the Tree Surgeon to make the decision on the fate of the trees.

 

Such high profile trees will have been subject to all sorts of investigations by all sorts of experts, believe me.

 

If the decision to take them down has been made, it wont have been made lightly, or over night, you can rest assured of that.
