cut into 12foot lengths, diameters ranging from 4" upto 14" approx ideal for firewood processors. no large bits, or rubbish in - good quality wood for firewood

weve been selling it ourselves this year, great firewood., ours dried out in a few months in drying nets!

if interested, wanting £50/ tonne delivered plus VAT - as its nice straight stuff ready to cut quickly on a processor - no oversize or rubbish!:thumbup1:

please note; pics show similar load of sycamore, beech what we have been bringing out of the wood, etc not the actual load you would be getting, just posted to show similar load you would be getting.

I am sorry that i cant reply to your thread with a sale mate, but i would like to say what a fantastic looking rig you are running there. I take it you adapted the artic trailer to a timber unit ?, and what hp is your deere- about 190?

My neighbour (our yards are pretty much one and the same) runs a 1950 with quicke, a 6400 on the cauli rig, a 6920 with a huge loader and a 6920s. Really nice gear.:thumbup1:

Sorry for the derail BTW:blushing:

that john deere is a 200hp with a power boost to 220hp, 50k on road:thumbup: the trailer im still working on not happy with the small crane, just bought another right off 45ft timber trailer with a middle loglift crane with aluminium bolsters which im going to swop all over onto this triailer,, then convert that crane to a 3pl spare yard crane, should be a good setup then with my other fastrac 65k 185hp should start shifting some, thanks for admiring it tommer - makes the work all worth while:thumbup:

Hi Logbaron, Thats gonna be a superb setup once you get your new crane on, very impressive. Would you sell ex yard if I got a lorry with weigher on to your place. If so how much per tonne?

Cheers

Woodworm

dont really sell alot of timber direct as we process it all ourselves for firewood, only selling one or two loads of this beech as its smaller diameter than we usually put through our processor - get alot of enquiries for cordwood type hardwood so thought just post this thread for one or two loads available to save bringing it back to yard.

sweet set up,

was that trailer on ebay a while back? would have suited us, if we had a bigger tractor

yes, thats the one, done alot of work to it since buying it, lights, brakes changed drawbar etc, and want to change the crane, bolsters etc, but its a good solid trailer on springs and not air so suits our tractors. been looking for something similar for ages, then i bought two in a month!
