Do you think you'll be able to make enough through the winter to see you through the lean summer months??

 

Thats what i thought Dave,i wouldnt like to realy on selling logs alone to make money all year round. But best off luck.

Since the 29/7/09 up till now ive sold £10745 of logs. This is 5 days a week from 8:30 am till 5:30pm. I only sell soft wood logs. Ive had to buy (this year) One Palax KS35 £7500ish One 13 ton Samsung digger £7000ish .To deliver logs One LDV tipper £1400ish One Ford 8830 tractor (gets used for other things as well) £11000ish. This isnt taking into account fuel and break downs. I THINK I MAY CRY:lol:

But have you JUST started doing logs and building up your turnover???

Interesting reply buddy, whats the digger for??? I've sold just of £2500 of logs in Dec and Jan and only bought an axe :thumbup1:
