Blew the zip and crotch in my Stretch Airs, need to get in fixed locally and Jonesie will give me a credit note for the receipt (cheers Justin, top man!).

The thing is, I can't find ANYWHERE that can do it locally (Ashford, Kent).

All the dry cleaners who do 'repairs' say the material is too thick for their machines. Old fashioned seamstresses seem to have disappeared.

Any suggestions welcome.

If you cant find a seamstress with a suitable machine try someone who does tent repairs or sail makers or wagon sides or somewhere that does repairs to leathers for bikers any of them should have a machine up to the job

My Mam mentioned material shops. Might pursue that.

As for tailors, this is Ashford, Kent mate. No call for pinstripe shell suits!

Not even with the high-speed rail link? :001_tongue: Other thought I had was a dry-cleaners who specialises in work-wear?
