It is, but he said they work in Gibraltar but live in Spain. We no longer can just live anywhere in the EU, so i'm wondering how it'd work. I suppose you wouldn't need a work visa to live in Spain, but not work there.

I lived in Benalmadena and worked on Gib a life time ago on more money, it was Peseta's back then. Yes it is cheap to live, but a single bloke would've struggled on that money back then. I paired up with an Italian lad to rent a decent apartment to make it worthwhile.

That's where our place is, in Benalmadena. Would actually be a pretty nice 90 minute commute each day. 🤔

My point is that.. it'd be a nice commute? That journey along the coast is a nice route, there are worse ways to spend 90 mins travelling to or from work.

 

Not sure how you managed to take that the wrong way.
