Check the spool valve on the right hand side of the hopper is still connected to the bar which goes to the infeed control bar, this could have snapped leaving it in reverse.

 

Check the circuit board under the hood, sometimes it's as simple as a loose wire, mine has done this.

 

Bald Ed on here is very good with Jensen chippers, may be worth pm'ing him.

 

To add, if it still has those big yellow round buttons on it they can cause a bit of hassle, mine have been disconected due to problems, works fine now with just the bar.

Sometimes the pivot pin in the valve drops out leaving the spool stuck at whatever position it was in.

What do the big yellow buttons do are they stop buttons or direction?

 

They are re-set buttons mate. When you stop the rollers with the bar you have to press either button to engage the rollers again.
