Converting scissor to ram?

Stuck some grease on all of it when I put it back together again. I didn't bother checking the pressures but loaded it up with compost from a nearby recycling place that has a weighbridge. They overloaded it and when I asked for 800kg I got 1800kg . Amazingly it tipped it without an issue, not bad for a scissor! 

So about averagely overloaded tree transit then. Yr front OS tyre still soft 😉 K

Scissors being better than rams is exactly the opposite of what I’ve found. Every scissor tipper I’ve used has been weak.

I had a scissor lift on a cabstar and it was fine no matter how much you put on it, i dont know what truck you have ? may be a photo or 2 of the set up as, i have all ways found scissor lifts to be be
