is this part of a 3 yr course

if so how much have you been getting paid per day for the rest of the course

we have had students not worth giving a pair of gloves never mind paying and tbh are reluctant to give others ago

if you worked for me and earned me good money i would pay a bit more

but really depends on employer

i would be more worried tbh about how much the guy i was working for could teach me rather than pay me

at the end of the day

it,s 6 weeks work

and could lead to a lot more:thumbup:

Is that £40 cash? And with my exceptionally shocking math skills i have worked that out to be 30 Days/ 6 weeks @8hr day! £1200 in all. not bad plus the vast majority of us have to pay to commute to work. I agree that its tight he hasn't given you a fill of fuel and oil:laugh1:.

Hi mate, I'm 17 and currently working full time for a local Tree Firm 6 days a week 7am-4/6pm and I only get £35 a day, before it was only 30..

As long as you're a beginner like I, enjoying the job and learning more every day then why bother complaining? We all know that in the long run if your ambition is to become a climber then the job can be very rewarding..

I'm just throwing in my 2 pence..

Also, would you be kind as to give me some info on the ND arb course at Merrist Wood? I'm currently in the application process :)

Cheers

Lyle
