Got a new van what inverters are you using or recommend mainly for charging batteries but maybe occasional use of a small angle grinder

If you are going to run a grinder on the inverter get a big one, we have a 2000w Ring inverter and that's only just about capable of running a 800w grinder with soft start.

I'd suggest a pure sine if you're going to be loading it up more, less heat in both the grinder and the inverter. I think you are going to struggle on the grinder front. What grinder is it and do you know what the peak start and run wattages/amperages are?

I'd suggest a cordless grinder.
