I have just got a 4srt solo strap i think it’s called, clips to the front and back of the harness and goes over your shoulder. Clip the ZZ to that to advance your system, helps with the weight of bigger saws on the harness too lol.
Knee and foot ascender and you are away.

Check out the HAAS mate, used with a foot ascender.

You don’t need a full chest harness, just something similar to a 4SRT chester.

small slings with karribiners are good for redirects.

i use a pantin foot asccender and homemade knee acssender and a 4srt chester for advancing the device.

i think a lot of the youtube srt vids can be over complicated and involve a lot of gear, which is fine but not essential imo.

Ct foot ascender is the best there is in my opinion, couple that with a haas ascender for longer ascents. Rope wrench on my zigzag. I use a tape sling with an accessory carabiner as a chest tether.

Canopy anchors allow you to achieve a more static line, I use drenaline
