Photo editing software

Hi all

Which user friendly photo / video editing software is everyone using.

I'm a complete novice at editing, so wanting something simple that I can use with my camera and action camera, for both photos and videos.

Gimp.  Runs on Windows an Linux. Free n just as good as Photoshop. K

Gimp no good for videos, and way overkill for editing photos

I use cyberlink power director for videos, it was £80 and took a few hours to get the hang of but it supports all file types and resolutions and does everything.

 

Windows movie maker is actually very good and easy to use but it doesn't work properly with windows 10 or some stuff off GoPros for example.
