About £100 for that rotting mishapen nail filled small log.
Branches are worthless.
Highly valuable black walnut video comes to mind.
Again!

Including all the logs behind? Maybe 3t worth? £160 a ton? Ok, maybe a bit much but will be interesting to see what it actually sells for.

Just the big log I think.

I would take it away for nothing to help out not much heart wood branch unions may give some nice grain but will be an arse to move and drying the boards will also be a issue with all the branch unions ,its the kinda of thing I would say I can make you a mirror or something for all of it

Yeah I wasn’t exactly excited by it, it’s not a great shape and I agree there’s not a great thickness of dark heartwood. It’s just local to me and I could collect it, but I almost can’t even be bothered to ask them...it will just be overpriced.

A would pay 500 for that just to see what it looked like inside wasted a lot more money on worse things n not too much off a loss if it's no good once milled

Will be interesting to see if we actually find out what it sells for. Including the logs behind. Seems some folk cant read though.... ;)
