Put a pinch of salt into drinks and magically they become 'isotonic' - half the price of normal isotonic drinks off the shelf

 

Tonic water is good for salt intake I believe, was always drilled into you in the army to drink loads and up your salt intake if sweating alot.

 

That's why I always take a glass of salty water to bed with me :008:

Love tonic water laced with alcohol when abroad - must be the salt content.

 

I like to drink milk when its hot - and people have always said to me "you're better off with water" - however it has been scientifically proven recently that milk is far better for you, as the mineral and vitamins that milk contain keep the fluid in your system longer than if you drink plain water.
