You want the number for a decent dealer?

I would if I could handle the weight and power, but the handling is not

the same as the 400, which I liked.

My 365SP doesn't give me any vibration problems. I'm sure some newer saws are better in most ways but as long as I don't get to use one I'll stay satisfied with mine!

The leaf blower on the other hand has me fingers tingling within five minutes, horrible thing..

Glad to hear you have no issues with the 365 vibes.

I held one today, all I will say is times change, things are a lot lighter now,

whether thats a good thing or not remains to be seen.

Carrying one saw in each hand the other day my brother's 562 with a 28" bar on it felt a touch heavier than my 365 with a 20". Hardly scientific but I was still surprised it was that way around.

Thats what I mean, the newer stuff is lighter, the MS400 in my hand felt way lighter

than the 365, I had to ask myself how was I happy with the 372 I had if it felt like this.

Different erra saws.

365 and 372 are the same chassis, largely identical.

365 Special and 372 are the same bottom end . Original 365 ( one with the orange filter cover clips )  was the same bottom end as the 362 xp I think .

Yes, I know, thats why I compated them in my summation.

Never liked the 372 , mine always
Constantly broke, it did have better vibes than the stihls of the period though but and the 365 was a bargain for what it was, not as highly strung ... can’t fault the 400 though but the jury is still out.
