Builders usually charge £600 a day so you are quoting around £400 a day per person which I think is pretty cheap especially near London. I feel you could add £100 per person per day with little effect on your future. ?

I don't know any builders who charge £600 per day and I'm in a pretty well off area.

Google reckons about £30 an hour for skilled trades such as Electrician, Brickie, £25, Labourer £12 to 15, plus profit for their company, £600 is quite high.

(I had 2 roofers half a day for £300 inc vat a couple of weeks ago)

Keep advertising, word of mouth and so on,  if you get forgotten about the next guy will get the work
