If you think it's your circulation, have you tried gingko biloba leaf extract?

Smoking is a classic contributor to poor circulation to the extremities (hands and feet). Smoking just a couple of cigars a day used to give me pins and needles in them at night...

Are you sure that wasn't viagra?

It could of been, I was told it was a blue smartie

Serilously though, I used to get really bad cold feet, chilblains etc; at the time I used to spend a lot of time in wellies, switching to good leather boots, good socks made all the difference. Nowadays, I have 3 pairs of boots, rotating them daily and I never wear anything other than bridgedale socks, expensive yes, but keeping warm and dry is high on my agenda.

back hen I was a kid helping my dad tree-cutting, I remember my feet were always cold, and whining about it. I always seemed to have chillblains too. Several years later, my feet are always warm and dry, no chillblains. I think welly boots are possibly the worst thing for cold feet, modern chainsaw boots re so much better, and of course the quality of material that socks are made from.
