Sandoflex refills...or lack of them ?

Hi all,

Just wandered if anyone knows where you can buy the refills for sandoflex flap Sanders? Gustharts used to be the go to supplier - but no longer seem to keep them! "Really miss them "!!

To be honest mate I just make my own, have done for years.  I buy 40 grit sandpaper from a chap in Germany (which is a bit of a pain) and then cut to length and use Duct tape to stick them onto the old 'centre piece' or onto a short section of box-section metal.  Easy job

As above make your own , you can order the reels from America can't remember company  name tho ,but if you search Sand o flex refills on YouTube there is a guy who makes his own and all the details are in the comments, in the mean time I've used eco flex flap Sanders and do the job but £17 + post ?, on cheaper emergency level the wickes sanding stars do work okay ish

Yes, i make my own too. I buy the abrasive in 50m rolls from Michael Knudel in Germany and then glue them to a small piece of steel box section. It seems they've stopped making the sand-o-flex, i managed to get a couple from America, but were pricey. Michael also sell the replacement brushes..
