I think the terror stories come from those who DO know whats what, and those that dont know dont have a comparison so are happy in the assumption that pronlems are inherent with the vehicles........maybe.

 

When you come and see me Dave, bring your sled as my road is sheet ice, and we've all been out there today having a right larf!!

yeah will do , i would have poped over today but brian had the truck and the scooby only likes doing circles ha ha , as for the mogs i think it really is a case of trial and error , and knowing what your looking at . tbh i would not look at paying 40k on a u1300 with a chipper and trailer ,

 

No- 40k isnt enough for an A1 machine.....

Frankie does sell some good mogs-BUT you MUST know what you are looking at- there is a bit more to any machine than a shiny paint job and all the bolt on goodies. Ive had a few good mogs off frank in the past, but paid trade prices for them and sorted out the problems myself- most of his Mogs are ex european gritters, very easy to sand blast and paint to make a sale, but the rust always come back.
