Unlikely in my opinion, especially if you pay it all back. They may try to mke a few high profile examples of people who lied and then went bust, but this is essentially helicopter money.

They know small firms will use it to survive/live on, in other words it will be spent into the economy. Not like giving it to bigg business who will stash it away and not spend it.

Try Starling Bank: they have been amazing for me.  Moved to them from Lloyds business account.  Highly recommended.
