How can the vulnerable catch it if they are properly self isolating and those far less likely to die from it allowed to get back to some kind of normality? We're seeing reports now that those over 60 might have to self isolate for 12 months at least. I'm willing to take the chance with my health. The chance of a healthy child dying because of this virus is minuscule.

Because it isn't just the Sick/Elderly/disadvantaged out there that are dying it's also young/Healthy/fit etc that die just as much if not more so!

Ie elderly war vet got through it yet 24 year old healthy woman didn't and so on.

They have little clue what this virus does let along deal with it as one person has it but no symptoms while others die in few days and many others anywhere in between so you go choose where you fit in?

One is blood groups A is very susceptible while O less so males far worse than females

Therein lies the rub, and I cannot understand why the UK has not pushed forward with wholesale testing, or perhaps representative testing across/within communities, to establish if the communities are clean or recovered.

That way we might actually better know the scale of the problem.

m

Simple they bought a load of testers on the backhand/cheap from Choogie land and as usual with Chinese "high Quality" Brand new johnny they was Fake! now back peddling like hell even there PPE fiasco from turkey is just that as got a few bits!

I have been googling it, and saw the chinese, and italians had tried prednisolone or similar on covid patients, sort of improvising, while it knocks down the inflammation it also suppresses the immune system, so some of these patients take longer to clear  the virus.  I thought you may have shared some insight into the mechanisms involved

One of the issues with it is over Testosterone as T acts as an immunosuppressant while Estrogen isn't why many more males die which is why think will find it's so called healthy ones that die as it thrives on T.

One of the things i'd been thinking of is Nifedipine which they use for likes of Raynauds as open veins for blood flow which one of the complications with covid is they loose blood flow to everything so the bodies dies and read they are looking at that to use.
