Not directly no , but if you needed to make a new gasket for , say a chainsaw or punch some holes in some leather straps or the like then they could be .....

I have the exact same set, the pointer on the big black handle is a sprung loaded centre point, the round punches screw on to the handle, you place the point on the material you want to punch a hole in, you compress the centre point then belt the end of the handle with a mallet.

They are for punching holes in leather, gasket, rubber etc. Useful in making gaskets or circular disks of rubber/leather for gaskets and rudimentary seals etc.

I believe they may be RS Component ones.
