I use Saturn Knives in Sheffield. "Free collection and return" is of course always built into the price.

They sharpen them well, price is OK too I feel. Turnaround times variable, so I never leave it to the last moment, and have enough sets of blades.

Cheers. I think that's the crowd I was thinking of. I thought I would get the two sets I have spare sent off, then replace on the machine. I do them every 25 hours as a rule

Sure this has been asked before but cant find it. What's the best place to use for chipper blade sharpening? Seen one that does free collection, what's everyone's experience?

I used to get a local Ag Engineer to do my GreenMech blades as well as those on my Arboreater.  He did all three machines blades and at a manageable price. Don't give up on the local trader! Take them your local dealer if they are close enough.

I wonder if Windsor Bandsaw still do chipper blades, they used to do mine and not that far south of you.
