The clutch on a 346 is a LH thread . There are usually arrows cast on the clutch body indicating direction of " spin off " .  You will need a soft copper drift and a mallet .  Some like to put a string inside the plug hole as a piston stop . I find compression is enough . give it a sharp clout in the direction of the arrows and it will spin off . A puller wont do anything other than break something .

Funny enough i have a decent sized copper drift somewhere? inherited it so old decent copper.

Even have an engineers mallet also somewhere!

Well after i threatened it with making my own removal tool (Old socket with cut outs! or thick steel washers drill for two old drill bits either side then them and an old socket welded on top) it's said ok i'm easy and rolled over as i gave it a tap with a smallish cold chisel to edge so all done!

Well Dual port exhaust turned up today left sitting on door step like a forlorn puppy.

Don't give you much with it? no bolts/gaskets luckily i got the front one from L&S

Am i better keeping old back part as has a baffle across port hole but i think some drilled them?

Also would need to mod chain side of it with part that comes back on handle.

New one is just a can no baffle inside!

Those little Bahco sets are supremely handy. My mate, Neil, an otherwise laid back man, watches me like a hawk when it’s out with us on the driveway and he thinks I might pocket it.
