OK until you try and back up, needs a chain from top link down to tow bar.

Only thing I’ve heard is that IW trailers have a preferred hitch height, so it may be worth looking to see how high the tractor hitch is, otherwise you’re likely to cause damage to the tyres, more so if it’s twin axle. Agri tractors are driven on cat F. There is no E for cat F.

Indeed cat F covers tractors, but it comes with cat B without having to do a separate test (age permitting). I didn’t need to add the E!

True but at 16 you can take cat F as a stand alone test / licence.

More of a concern is that Cat F does not cover all tractor use.

 

Only agri / forestry & fishery use is covered. Use one to tow a boat or caravan, or for ground works etc & you will need a standard licence to match the tractors MAM & an E to match if towing.

 

Small sub 3500kg tractors would be B & BE, 3501-7500kg would be C1 & C1E over 3500kg would be C & CE.

I think horticulture is a sub domain of agri.

 

What's wrong with the info in that link? Looks like you answered some questions and it advised you.

Ah I see it now. You said from 19-01-2013 and it has given you the pre then spec.

 

I just changed it and it has pre as limited to 3500kg trailers
