Or8 people, I'm getting a new ground saw and top handle in the next few weeks.

I've gone for the Husky 550 (don't know if I'll get the mk 1 or 2) and the T535i XP.

What's peoples experiences with either of these saws? I know the 550 has a good reputation but don't know much about the top handle.

Thanks.

Mark 2 550 is a different animal again to the mk1.

Got one recently and have run both side by side and I'm impressed with the improvement.

Didn't think it would be as noticeable.

What makes the Mk II so much different from the. Mk I?

Husqvarna had a few heat related and also air filtration problems on the 550 and other saws so the air filter system has been modified as well as trying to duct away as much heat as possible. Not seen one in yet so don't know much more than that.

I'm my opinion everything. Noticeably more torque, speed and pickup.

The extra weight isn't worth even mentioning I think.
