Needing to get my chainsaw training, can anyone point me in the direction of chainsaw training courses CS30/CS31 in Derbyshire? Maybe CS32 as well.

There is two of us wanting to do them, does anybody offer a quicker course than 5 days and costs?

Thanks

Closest I know is TKF Training in Holmfirth. Alternatively you could try to find a trainer and assessor (must be different people) who may come to you if you have all the required kit, suitable location and required timber resource.

No they don't: an accredited assessor can perform both roles.

No they can’t, not for CS31 anyway, CS32 yes, you can do an Integrated assessment with an NPTC Assessor performing both roles, CS31 must be assessed by someone who isn’t the trainer.

I'm the one who stands corrected then; it didn't occur to me there would be a difference between the units - apologies JAG63.  I'll shut up and get some brekkies. ?
