Close to my brother in law too, and only £23k with a quarter of an acre. I've had years where I've paid more rent than that. 

 

Can you live there year round? Many 'Hytter' in Norway do not allow permanent residence, might be different in Sweden though? I know many Norwegians have Hytters in Sweden as its much cheaper to live than in Norway and obviously because its very beautiful there as well.  Just make sure its no where near Malmö.
