If you employ someone you pay for pretty much everything needed for the job. If you have someone on the books on £100/day, £12.50/hour, based on an 8 hour day. How much per day does it cost you to employ them full time on the books?

As I said, £150 plus per day real costs for someone paid £100 per day on the books.

Let's face it, you started it with £150, what's that mean?

Taking into account all the things Ben mentioned. Could you pay someone £100/day and charge them out at (what I presume you mean) £250 and still make a profit.

Do you pay for any training and pay him for the days he's training, do you pay for his PPE?
