Seriously this should NOT be considered.. You are planning on climbing, using a chain saw in a tree and rigging over a road. 
 
You should not be working in a tree with a chainsaw on your own.  
 
There 'might" be a time when you want to lower something from the tree, possibly if your groundie is busy but not over a road.. 
Having posted earlier with ideas I have to say I was thinking more about Bolam's cheeky Saturday branch, absolutely agree the scenario of dead branches over a road is not a one man job at all.

Hévéa sell these.

One of my climbers used one but in all the McFuckery of closing the company I forgot I had it someplace.

I think it is at the back of my garage.

I'll try and dig it out tomorrow.

Reg Coates did a video using this. Lots of bits cut with slings and attached to central rig rope with friction hitches
