Buy cheep buy twice.

 

Klima air Tirroll fighters are the best value for money boots but not cheep. Mine are on their 3rd Sole and have done 26 months of climbing. I expect them to last at least another 6 months.

 

I prevously had a pair of Lavahos and they only lasted 6months climbing before the sole split in half.

cheers for all your replies, didn't even realise there was a search bit...:blushing: as im not to familiar with the whole arb thing, are all boots sutable for climbing? obviously apart from the husky wellies. oh and to Shreks Wee Brother, ive got a husky 345. :001_smile:

sorry to keep posting on this subject but last time, promise:001_smile:. which boots would be better for, ground and climbimg? Husqvarna Leather Forestry Chainsaw Boots or Elten Aquafell Xpert, only i could get either for around £100. cheers.:001_smile:

Unless they've changed the design, I could only ever get 3 months out of a pair of Husky leather ones when felling in the woods - dunno about climbing though. Eltens I found ok comfort wise but couldn't get a year out of a pair.

 

Haix Tibet Forest - over 2 years out of last pair :thumbup:
