  4. Ive been looking for a book but don't know what its called, its all about the history of logging in Oregon. there's some amazing pictures in it. anybody have any ideas? sorry if this is posted in the wrong section.
  5. It's a 1987 90 and my insurance is through the aa. I live in Devon so not sure if it makes it any cheaper??
  6. I haven't finished Reading the thread but my insurance for my first car, a 1.6 escort was £2200 third party when I was 18, I'm now 22 and pay £300 fully comp for a landy. Oh and if Antibes looking for a hard grafting English boy give me a pm, please!!!

  11. I'm quite a well built bloke(fat) and was wondering what the best harness would be for me, I've got quite large thighs and a 36/38" waist. And feedback would be ace, cheers

  14. I've got some tickets and a little experiance just want to learn more and don't know the best way of doing it. Also I'm not surewhatan apprentership entails, college, pay, etc etc as i'm a quailified electrician and am ready to take a pay cut but hoping for as little as possible....

  17. I was looking to eventually leave my job to become an arborist/tree surgeon after finishing relevant quals but I got made redundant before I could quit and before I could get the quals! I've got my cs30 and by march 25th will have my cs31 and cs 38 if all goes to plan and I pass! So at the minute I'm unemployed so any work in the south west would be great! I have done a bit of groundying and am a quick learner! Obviously looking for a full time job but anyhing will do at the moment! Cheers, josh
  18. cool, cheers! just wasnt sure if it was a bit of a novice question... yeah basically want to know more about climbing kit. i kind of know the obvious ones like karabiners, rope, prusiks, harness, flipline, most knots but thats about it. i dont have any kit yet so i dont know if it'll make it harder for me to learn but i want to start before my cs 38 in march and 39, whenever it might be.

  22. cheers guys, was all right not as bad as i thought. i didnt even know you could do the 30 and 31 together its not an option at bicton.
  23. Sorry to sound daft but what's an impulse line?
  24. Hasn't started without me bypassing the carb. It's had all new gaskets when I done the piston etc. I will strip the carb down today cause the fuel lines look good to me and produce fuel when disconected from the carb.
