Apparently you can raise an invoice now, at 15% VAT and complete the work within the next 6 months, BUT YOU would have to pay the VAT as soon as its due, based on the invoice date.

hey, good news re grab SWB!

 

The increase in the standard vat rate means that the non-vat registered people have to find an extra 2.5% when buying kit. :thumbdown:

cheers, thats the reason i went vat years ago, it was for buying kit.

 

are you thinking about de-registering dave? i heard people get stitched up big time doing that, having to repay loads of vat or kit bought in the past etc?
