Do you have any bother with your insurers Dean, with the wheel spacers, or don't you bother telling them?

Got caught out with that with the landcruiser Stevie, wont get caught out a second time

 

I always stick the centre diff lock on before jacking it up now.

 

I was tracking the MEWP onto the trailer on the back of the cruiser, when the MEWP got off the ramps it picked the back of the cruiser right up in the air and it proceeded to naff off down the drive.

 

I just kept tracking forward onto the trailer and it came back down again before it got to the main road

I dont tell them Nige, I reckon they would want to know about MT tyres as well

any one else tried the falkan AT 235/85/16s? i have them on my 90 and after 4 years they have still over 60% tread left on them. they are pretty smart off road for an AT too, used the 90 plenty of times to pull the 130 out of trouble and its got BFG MTs. good all round tyre in my opinion

I've got them on my County Transit in a different size - very hard wearing - the tread doesn't seem to go away does it?!

too true andy! most of the time the 90 is on the road and as you say the tread just wont go down. great set of boots

im going to get 5 of these with a ply rating of 10 i dont think they will flez with a load on like the bf/at

 

does anyone used them.

Speak to Buzzsurgeon on here - he has used them on his 110 (3.5 tonne version) and seems to get on well with them.
