that's what i'm aiming to work out.

 

Makore is a very high end timber so if i can find a miller and crunch some numbers i think it would be worth it. i should point out that i've no intention of paying the asking price.

i'd prefer a bandmill to minimise wastage as makore is not cheap stuff but i'll keep these in mind if i get talking to the guy.

I have a static Bandsaw in Lamberhurst if you can get it transported to there. What lengths would you want it?

it would probably be chopped into three lengths.
