Had a freind in the office this morning, he had left his Land Rover on the drive outside his bedroom window, he went out at 1am to get some stuff from the truck, locked it up and went to bed. He was up and our for 7.30am, **** where is the truck, it had gone, been stolen. His house is on a country road between Wherwell & Longparish in Hampshire, so if you guys live around the area whatch out, if anybody gets offered a "K" reg green Land Rover 90 hard top please let us know.

Blimey that is to close for comfort, about 2 miles from here!

Will keep an eye in the usual places round here and on my travels.

A friend was out talking to one of his tractor drivers in a field, left his Range Rover sport in the gateway about 40meters away on a quiet lane, as he got to the tractor, the driver jumped out and shouted as his range rover sped off up the road! this was a few years ago.

If you got the brass neck it`s easy so they say.

It is unfortunate and not nice to come out in the morning to find your car\truck\landy gone.

Fitting kill switches is all well and good but they will just free wheel it of the drive straight on to a beaver tail transit and it's gone.

Seen so many posts on Land rover forums for Land rovers being stolen and never recovered. A respray or break them for parts to get money, so easily done.

Sorry to hear of your mates bad luck.
