small log bags, help please

is there an easy way of filling the small net bags, i have trired the bits of wood with the nails on to hold them open, and filling loosly on the pile is a nightmare, i am tempted to buy one of the bagging things from fuelwood, are they any good and how many can one man do in an hour, thanks:001_smile:

Stevie, we use a plastic dustbin cut in half lenth ways with the bottom edges rounded over, insert in bag when empty and start filling when nearly ful pull out and top up. we did 100 in about 5 hours, 1 man on it while i buggered off to do something more exiting lol.
