think this is a hoot! busted at the moment with torn knee tendons acording to the doc after a near swing only stopped by foot trapped in tight fork, or i would be butt naked doing the lunge!!! i think it was said earlier that a calander would be class! if a load of house wives with big buns can do it why not a load of arbs with strong scaffold and large roots do the same!! all proceds go to help the hero's. even the girlfriend is into it

I cannot believe know one else has picked up on Deans avatar pic..?

 

The pose in your avatar pic is a bit of a semi lunge. were you really impressed at the tightening of the wheel nuts on that truck or did lunge club date back to the royal eng.?

how did i miss Deans Lunge Pose, it was there all the time. The bare faced cheek of it, subliminal lunging by the judge no less, come on guys, lets get lunging, i plan on doing mine on monday:biggrin:
