Warm work wear ideas

Before it gets too bloody cold I need to be buying some new fleeces, jumpers and a nice warm jacket for work etc, anyone suggest any good items of clothing?? Gotta be fairly warm but not restrictive etc First on list is a windproof and waterproof fleece.

Its brilliant! think it cost me £40 last year.
